The wheat harvest at Sandstone Estates is looking good. Regular rains since late Spring have ensured that the crop has received sufficient moisture which is always a problem in Southern Africa.

Because Sandstone Estates is effectively an amalgamation of a number of smaller farms into one larger and more viable agricultural unit we inherited roads which criss-crossed the property in all directions. These roads were in many cases not necessary and in other cases created a potential problem with regard to the ecology of the area.

Our Heritage Division is gearing up to play a major role in this year's wheat harvest starting late December. It's strictly all hands on deck due to the promising season that has developed... 7 combines, 2 Lawleys,3 NGG's and a lot more... they will all be there...
